The main character is a Dork/weirdo obsessed with wizards and magic that decides in less than a days time to abandon her world for another bizzaro world filled with death, demons, etc because she doesn't fit in with normal society, and manages to end up living with and befriending social outcasts in that world too. This is all well before its established shes Bi-sexual. Its literally trying to make the weak, and odd people of the world feel special to try and get them to relate, and then mirror.
