It should appeal to all Conservatives who believe in limited government. If you think politicians should be allowed to lock you in a cage for personal use marijuana, you're not a Conservative.

Yeah exactly the only "conservatives" against it are the extremely sheltered sheeple Christians who nothing about it and don't read the Bible themselves, instead taking somebody else's word for it that "pot bad" is in there
Nah, there are some of us that have no problem with people smoking pot on their own time, but there are currently no methods to measure how "high" someone is. We have laws that regulate how sober you must be to drive, but no regulation on how high is too high to drive. When there is no way to objectively measure an amount of impairment, then maybe a substance shouldn't be legal for widespread use.
If you want to drink alcohol, no problem, but keep your BAC below 0.08 if you wanna drive due to the risk you impose on others. If you wanna smoke pot, no problem, just don't drive when you're too high... and as far as I know, there is no way to enforce this.
You are a bit out of date on your information.. You can easily get a DUI for driving while high in Colorado. They test you on the scene.
