Return shipping is at your expense... Amazon prime only pays the shipping to you (which they pass off to the seller).

Mass Returns, Classic.

Saul Alinsky Wrote about doing that to a department store.

Unfortunately Amazon is huge, and essentially to big to fail. You'd need EVERYONE doing this to make a difference. :(

As much as I hate that asshole, would be terrible to see their own tactics used against them.

yeah, was a douche. But made some very astute observations and really figured out how to do subversive, effective, civil disobedience. With many valid tactics.

Its worth a read, know thine enemy.

Then use it against your enemy. Implying they read anyway.

Was interesting to learn how he hooked up with the mob and even they said he was a cold bastard and couldnt trust him. No honor at all.

I went through chat and they refunded the prorated amount for cancelling Prime. It was about 6 weeks ago. I just got the check today. Go through the chat and tell them that another customer was able to cancel. Get them on record denying your refund.

I feel it. I've only used amazon 12 times in last 3 years (just happened to see it on my smile.amazon contributions page.) But, I almost entirely try to buy from known US companies on there. You're right, theres just soooo much cheap chinese knockoff shit on there it's frustrating to try and find stuff.

A sad fact is also, many good companies make almost no money selling their stuff on there because amazon asks for price breaks if they buy bulk. I called a dog molle vest co and asked if they had a certain color still. They said I could actually get it cheaper on amazon then they can afford to sell it themselves. Felt bad and bought other stuff from them later on.

FYI, Amazon has a pretty generous returns policy... so send shit back, preferably around election time to give more business to the USPS.

If you order something to an amazon locker and forget about it, it automatically returns. Also has proven a safety strategy for Impulse buys. I’ve done it at least 4 times so I don’t think there’s a limit
