I told them I have asthma (I do). I literally just went to the doctor for an episode 3 days ago on Friday. In my state, you are exempt from mask wearing for medical conditions. The government refused to transfer my title and literally screamed at me while I was on the phone to “get out”. (She was black and I’m white and she clearly had an attitude with me from the very beginning).

I’m calling the ADA lawyers tomorrow, I’m bout to be the white “I CANT BREATHE” poster boy.

I'm curious how this will turn out if you get ADA involved. I'm surprised I don't ever about ADA getting involved in these situations. Apparently ADA won't do anything unless you have an ADA sanctioned disability.

The ADA does not have anything to do with this.

Its an executive order with a carve out for medical exemptions but the order never clarifies what those are or how they are to be handled.

Should have called the police and had the executive order pulled up on your phone to show them.

If they still refused service then your have a police report and the police as a witness.

He should go back and do it right this time and see how it plays out.

Also should not be posting online if he wants to sue.
