Last few studies I read about asymptomatic spread showed that there were no recorded events of an asymptomatic positive case infecting someone else. Granted, pre-symptomatic is different from asymptomatic, and it's impossible to prove definitively that asymptomatic Carrie's cannot transmit the virus, but it seems to be low enough to at least consider it negligible.
