I wonder how much organized criminal operatives are even necessary. All they have to do is mail out ballots to every registered voter. How many Democrats that receive a ballot for their cat, former resident, deceased relative, etc. would choose to do the right thing and not fill it out? I bet 90-something percent of them would send it in full of orange man bad votes.
