I'm in PA, and 3 people live in my house. We have received mail-in voting shit for two of us who live here, and four people who do not. One roommate who lived here a year ago but was registered to vote before moving back to NY (understandable, but still proof it is not a good system,) the guy who sold us the house. The woman who (I presume) lived here before him. And the mother of the family that lives as the same number on another street across town which begins with the same letter as the name as our street, whose mail we receive often.
