I don't know why people spend so much time accepting their own defeat in advance, especially for scenarios that don't look to be very likely. They're not getting mail in for many states that they didn't already have locked in. The public is turning in favor of Trump quickly. Even if somehow they managed to force the official results to claim he won the public wouldn't accept it and there would be civil conflict before Joe (really Kamala) would be given power.

If Biden does win, then the left will indeed make a very hard push to ruin America. Abortion without limits, open borders (de facto or outright), criminalized "hate speech", warped school curricula, parents punished for not putting their children on puberty blockers, more wars, the "Green New Deal", and a toothless 2nd Amendment.
Depending on how Red the Senate and House are, they may be able to close ranks and reject some of the efforts. The good news is that Trump (and McConnell) have done a lot to fill the courts with judges that are more likely to oppose weaponized wokeness. Moreover, Biden would almost certainly lose reelection to a semi-competent Republican like DeSantis. Leftists (especially the extreme left) actually hate Biden, and they're not huge fans of "Copmala" Harris either.
As for the rest of the world, no, the world will not end. Other countries will decide their own paths. China will expand its power but between the virus outbreak and the disastrous floods, they are almost certainly going to be weakened and look worse internationally, at least for a while. Germany and France will probably continue to surrender their futures to clowns like Merkel and Macron. On the other hand, I would advise you all to keep tabs on nations like Poland and Hungary, who seem to be on the right track.
