We should be using every tool at our disposal to open up in an orderly fashion, and this includes zinc, with an ionophore, such as hydroxychloroquine and quercetin.

My local newspaper still takes the position that hydroxychloroquine is poison, and they do not give any press to anybody who reports good results with hydroxychloroquine.

Meanwhile, we have had a bunch of new cases, possibly related to that mess across our border, and working class hispanic people going in too late and dying from this virus.

So, of course our schools will not open, because the teachers' union says it's petrified.

Can I take HCQ to prevent a COVID infection?

Yes and with zinc

Zinc makes me anxious/hungry. Now that I type that out, I should probably just try a different brand because it shouldn't be making me feel different.

If you have other vitamin deficiencies it could. Eat a good diet rich in good fats and protein and cut as much carbs as you can. Zinc is linked to appetite. Your zinc levels are likely lower then they should be. Green tea is a good ionosphore for zinc as well as Quercetin (available in health food stores) Or eat more berries thei peels contain quercetin.

Zinc has also been found to play a role in decreased appetite. We see this often in people with anorexia nervosa and the elderly. When there is low nutrition intake, levels of zinc will often become low which inhibits the appetite so people don't feel hungry, resulting in further decreased food consumption.

I'm going to throw this out there... You can ignore it. But a keto diet really changed my life. I think if you try it, a couple weeks, a month. You'll understand what I mean.

I had early adrenal fatigue, which caused extreme weight loss and near physical collapse. As I was coming out of it, I had real trouble controlling a rapid and excessive weight gain, in part because I was prescribed a LOT of fat on a daily basis.

The keto diet could accommodate the fat.

Once I stabilized, I found that I just do not need much carb in my diet. Further, for me, a "good" keto diet includes moderate protein, fat to satiety (not as much as some people say), very few carbs, and good veggies.

Protein amount should be based on your lean body mass and what you are trying to do with your muscle mass. More protein if bulking then if trying to maintain for example. As far as fat the amount you need is just to fill in the deficit in calories to where your goal is, a well as being satiated. If your overweight you can eat very little fat if you can handle it from a hunger standpoint.

We have a CURE for a virus that's half as deadly as THE FLU.

But instead, lock the country down. I'm so done with this shit.

Influenza is the flu, rhinovirus and coronavirus are the cold.
