This one really seems useless and pandering. His base is gonna say the same thing.... "meh" and the other side is gonna say pandering. What good does this really do? Also, free Assange.
Yep. 100%. Don’t give a shit if it offends the PC squad. It’s true. All of the bleeding-heart lunacy, identity politics, open borders “OMG! This kid is crying. Let’s flood our country with migrants!” Trans shit- all stuff women are the most responsible for. Ever seen a dad be the one to lead the charge to make his kid trans? Nope.
Except for that the founding fathers had nothing to say on who should vote. The Constitution originally did not address the issue at all, and decisions about voting eligibility were all made at the state level — and it varied tremendously from state to state.
Annnnd the crowd goes mild. I get the timing, it's the 100 year anniversary of the 19th amendment, but it seems silly to pardon a dead person. She was found guilty and charged a fine, which she didn't pay, it's not like she spent time in prison.
Assange won't be pardoned in an election year guys, if it happens at all, it will be 2nd term.
With good reason patriot.
Biology dictates this. Women can not navigate with out leadership. Period. No successful women have pioneered.ome thing before a man in any race except for like being a royal bitch but I bet a guy even did that first.
That ain’t true. Not being able to vote and not being able to look at someone the wrong way lest you get beaten to a bloody pulp are two different things. A whole lot of people couldn’t vote before the 20th century.
Wemon were force to have kids, couldn't get devorces, couldn't work, couldn't wear certain clothes, couldnt own buisness, couldn't see a doctor on her own accord, and basically, couldn't exsist without a man and couldn't do anything without a man's concent.
But!
I'm not complaining. We're free now. I'm mostly joking.
Edit: I'm not downplaying black suffering either. I'm saying civil rights laws and racial equality laws were passed before wemon rights laws.
Wemon were treated like property for a long time too.
It's not a bad thing to do, it doesn't hurt and it probably should have been done. People are just disappointed because a pardon for Assange, Flynn or Snowden would have been much more impactful to anything relevant to today
Representatives of the Susan B Anthony List were there. If you don't know, the Susan B. Anthony List is an organization of pro-life women who are civic minded and dedicated to the actual health and safety of women and children. I think this was an excellent decision on the president's part to show his support for the continual struggle American women have in regards to pro-life healthcare, freedom from discrimination due to pregnancy and other issues. That you aren't aware of the group, just shows how biased our media has become. The SBAL should be a household name. I'll tell ya right now, Democrat establishment types and operatives definitely know about SBAL.
But it has to be counterbalanced by the loss of any moral on your own side and, while I'm definitely not reduced to a REEEEEing hysteria as the SJW's probably were, I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in Trump's choice.
We have to do honorable things as well. Honor the forefathers, history and the past etc. I find it like one of those types of affairs. Thats why I like this move honestly.
If Obama made this move, he would be named Time person of the year and win a Nobel Peace prize (again, again, again).
And we know that if Trump actually walked on water, Time would have a cover saying "Trump can't swim".
So what's the point in trying to appease these leftist assholes? Just do the right thing. Fuck politics and optics. Make a difference. Don't turn into a low-life pandering politician!
He should do a massive pardon of all non-violent pot criminals And publicly call for decriminalizing marijuana. Talk about taking the wind out of the sails of the hypocritical left, and during their convention.
This one really seems useless and pandering. His base is gonna say the same thing.... "meh" and the other side is gonna say pandering. What good does this really do? Also, free Assange.
It forced me to look up why she was being pardoned and for what
“Anthony, who died in 1906, had been arrested in 1872 for violating laws that had permitted only men to vote.”
Those laws were just!
haha jk....
....unless?
It takes the wind right out of the sails of the Left's charge of sexism.
Hardly. This is blind pandering, and the media will say as much.
Oh, yes. THIS will surely stop them from calling him a misogynist.
Honestly, I'm shocked that Obama didn't take advantage of this situation.
It’s always a good idea to have irrational people who are led by their emotions in every aspect deciding everything for others including a war.
The 19th ammendment and its consequences....
Well looking at where we are since women started to vote I'd say they were just laws.

They won't attack the laws here. They will only attack his pandering.
Except for that the founding fathers had nothing to say on who should vote. The Constitution originally did not address the issue at all, and decisions about voting eligibility were all made at the state level — and it varied tremendously from state to state.
Half the women of the US voted Trump in 2016.
90% of black people voted Hillary.
People vote how they vote based on temperament.
Look at all the leftist men who vote based on emotion.
However, if women are going to vote, they need to be able to be drafted. Just saying. That's not very equal or equitable.
Also, I think we should bring back the property ownership stipulation.
It's still a great move because good luck spinning this one Dems
Voter fraud is justified
The left will say it's transparent pandering, and will largely be correct.
The right will say "meh, should've been someone relevant like Flynn, Assange, or Snowden," and will also largely be correct.
This kinda just felt like a pointless cocktease.
theyll say hes sexist because he should have saved it for a woman prez. Guarantee it

Women should not have the right to vote or run for office. Thier brains ain't made for leadership, they are made nurturing. Stop denial of nature.
k
Lots of sexists in this thread.
With good reason patriot. Biology dictates this. Women can not navigate with out leadership. Period. No successful women have pioneered.ome thing before a man in any race except for like being a royal bitch but I bet a guy even did that first.
I think it's a good move. Wemon were more opressed than black men at one point.
Lol not that I care, but steer the victimhood lenses this way. Throw a wrench in their games.
That ain’t true. Not being able to vote and not being able to look at someone the wrong way lest you get beaten to a bloody pulp are two different things. A whole lot of people couldn’t vote before the 20th century.
I'm fairly sure we can all still get beaten to a bloody pulp for looking at someone the wrong way.
Wemon were force to have kids, couldn't get devorces, couldn't work, couldn't wear certain clothes, couldnt own buisness, couldn't see a doctor on her own accord, and basically, couldn't exsist without a man and couldn't do anything without a man's concent.

Well I guess it all worked out in the end. Lol
I cant belive they went this route.

No offense but this entire reply sounds almost exactly what I would expect some leftist on reddit to say.
I think its a great thing to do to honor women and free and fair voting (as opposed to the voting scam the democrats are trying to pull)
But it accomplishes nothing, thereby making it a pandering action.
She's dead. There's nothing that this 'pardon' does for her, her lineage or her history.
Pardoning Assange, Snowden or even some random dumbfuck who got arrested on a non-violent pot charge would have been more productive.
Trolled the shit out of the left, that's for sure. So I wouldn't say it accomplished nothing. Ruining your enemies morale is paramount.
This. Plus, they can't speak out against it.
How did this troll the left? Actually pardoning people we want a pardon for trolls the left, they're probably laughing. This trolls us.
But it has to be counterbalanced by the loss of any moral on your own side and, while I'm definitely not reduced to a REEEEEing hysteria as the SJW's probably were, I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in Trump's choice.

Trump should pardon some of the people locked up by Biden/Harris and advertise the fuck out of it.
Oh my god yes
He is wasting it on her instead of someone use though. He didn’t have to pardon her today.
He should do a massive pardon of all non-violent pot criminals And publicly call for decriminalizing marijuana. Talk about taking the wind out of the sails of the hypocritical left, and during their convention.
It is, but have bigger fish to fry right now. This isn't going to help the vote. This isn't going to help dismantle the deep state.
Feel the way you want to feel, but don't become reddit by calling everyone with a dissenting opinion the enemy
