Personally I hope he gives a blanket pardon to both Assange and Snowden right after the election. Snowden actually deserves it more -- he exposed the Deep State at great personal cost to himself.
TBQPH, although Wikileaks may have inadvertently helped Trump win in 2016 by damaging Hillary, Wikileaks and Assange never intended to do anything good for the U.S. Assange is an anti-American asshole and always has been. His work was always about damaging the U.S., not making us great again or anything like that. That's why Assange dumped all those not-particularly-newsworthy embassy cables that that mentally ill homo-tranny Bradley Manning obtained -- as if it were newsworthy that some embassy staffer sent a diplomatic cable giving background about the then-current political situation (read: yet another military coup backed by the king) in Thailand. But the cables were embarrassing to the U.S. because they talked about how the King of Thailand murdered his brother in order to seize the throne decades ago (like, what, just after WW2 or thenabouts), so how dare the U.S. ally itself to such a scumbag, reeeeeee, etc., etc.
I'm on the side of Snowden being a CIA spokesman, tbh. Free Assange. Pardoning Snowden would be good political gesture, but otherwise I don't see any point to it.
