Bit of a shame as I was kinda hoping he'd pardon George Floyd's robbery charge so that the BLM people would be forced to acknowledge that their rioting was entirely pointless. I guess he can do that in september though.
Am from canada, not familiar with the nitty gritty of your laws and more the broad stuff like ammendments/general history. Just always assumed that the president could pardon any crime no matter how small.
