Where there is smoke, there is often fire. As a Trained Investigator, I have to let the facts direct the narrative. Something is clearly in M. Obama's pants, in numerous photos, and film clips.
If say on a traffic stop I had M. Obama out of the vehicle, I would assume it was a woman. It's license/ ID likely identifies as female, and the visual assumption is obvious.
If in the process of patting down for Officer Safety, or Detainment/Arrest, and my hand made contact with whatever is down there, I would immediately ask what it is that I just touched, because there is nothing which would normally be there. Something is regularly present on the body, in the genital region, which is not present on the vast majority of female citizens. Pretty cut and dry if you've worn a Badge.
