IT's a tactic, let it trickle out. Every time another is released they'll deny and lie. Then release one more damning, and more damning. You catch them in 100's of lies that way and it keeps the interest of everyone. See: Project Veritas.

When you have evidence of someone's wrongdoing, never reveal it without first giving them a chance to falsely deny it. Let them dig their own grave by concocting a defense that your evidence contradicts

I believe that’s talking about if you’re the one that committed the wrong doings. It’s better for you to release it all at once. If it’s good news it’s better for you to trickle it out so you look like a saint. If you’re trying to hurt someone’s reputation you do it the opposite way.
