Exactly. I’m not saying anyone should just kill the guy but it wouldn’t be unreasonable if someone had to defend themselves aggressively against this aggressive animal.

A reasonable person would know how to defeat him, quickly; and be in good enough shape to do so. As well as knowing he's total scum.
Always have a plan to kill everyone you meet, just in case it becomes necessary.
