The victim has been harassed first. BLM activists were saying he was filming them. A white can't filmed black folks. Then they started to chase him. A trans tried to defend him. The trans has been beaten and robbed. Then the white guy tried to defend the trans. The mob came back for the white guy and beat him nearly to death... And as the Journalist says: "Portland is like a third world country."
