The video is completely freaky. There is no one there...a bunch of barricades up as if they are expecting people, but there is no one there.

Actually that's the famous sports bar, Major Goolsby's, freestanding and not a part of a hotel. Been there many years, the Bucks used to play across the street at the Arena ( which was PACKED this past January with pedes enjoying GEOTUS's live concert) but will clearly lose if people give up on pro sports.
