I do agree that Feds are less loyal to We the People, and also less loyal to the Constitution, ironically. There are also a lot less of them.
I would say that we have bigger worries than Feds replacing local LEOs though. Where there are enough Muslims, sharia will be imposed. Where there are enough antifa, black bloc goons will take up that role. If UN blue helmets start policing, that's one of the last signs of our republic no longer existing, not one of the first. And the UN is entrenched here on domestic soil to an unbelievable extent! I saw UN job openings via a link from a different commenter here, and they've got facilities everywhere. We don't want to weaken to the point the UN can do jack shit here.
