That means no confirmed positive cases go into the same facility as uninfected people, much less the same room. And it also means that you give people Dr Zelenko's protocol as soon as they're diagnosed, without waiting for a test result. And you give people at risk HCQ +zinc as a preventative measure.
Do that and our death count would still be below 2,000, had all 50 Governors had just that much sense.
