The "other news" is that apparently the DOJ has told Sundance that he has more information than they do.
Or maybe, they have all the information, but in a trial, the information has to come from a reliable source that will stand up to cross examination. And because of compartmentalism in the US government, they don't have solid sourcing for all the information they need to indict and convict.
And also that the compartmentalization is on purpose for the exact purpose so that nobody can ever get indicted or convicted.
To me all this is not really good news or maybe not even much progress. But I'm a Trust the Plan'er.

So Sundance has now presented all his proof privately to the major players including investigators, politicians, Congress critters, media etc... and will give them a very short amount of time to PUBLICLY act on it. In a matter of days he has said that he will then release all of his proof of corruption and treason PUBLICLY so everyone can see and understand it, thus forcing the "investigators" to actually do their jobs and lay charges, or be PUBLICLY exposed as compromised DS swamp reptiles.
Sundance has a sterling reputation of no BS!! He is sick of no one doing their jobs in holding these traitors to accountability and criminal charges.
Assuming everything we believe is correct, it would be a truly historical case. You're talking a case of genuine treason with some very very big names. You want a ROCK SOLID case in that scenario and that takes time. Especially when the first 3 years had to be spent proving Trump's innocence with Muh Russia. If he had done anything before that it would be just like it was with Comey. "Trump locking up his political adversaries"
But think about this. Is Epstein dead or was it a pseudocide? It was a perfect storm... broken cameras, 2 guards asleep, taken off suicide watch the day before. His virtual twin was seen on his island shortly after his death. It's hard to believe such a high profile individual would be left in the hands of an average prison guard and there is a saying that literally says "he didn't kill himself". I'm reminded of people like Henry Hill. His testimony led to 50 convictions of Mafia members.
