This is actually an HR problem. We should be working to dismantle the human resources departments for all companies and corporations. We could probably technology this problem away, and I don't mean outsourcing HR, I mean eliminating it. We should be think tanking some startups. Maybe if we could get some maga investors and let maga coders compete for the best startup ideas to get funded. Maybe start a maga silicon valley, probably in the same place or near a United States version of Shenzhen manufacturing city.
None of this would exist if there was no HR department. HR is a blight on corporations and businesses. Their whole purpose was for feminists to gain power over the workplace and is now used as a tool for privileged classes (aka diversity and inclusion positions) for the same purpose. We need to rework the workplace to remove HR power structure.
What you want is to use the system to your advantage, but the system's not built for you. You'll take it to the courts that has been infiltrated by progressive lawyers, judges and prosecutors, and you'll lose, while wasting all your time money and effort.
Fuck that. If a corporation of any size can't double-check MAJOR policies being enacted by a rogue HR team they don't deserve to exist in today's world.
