I was talking with my communist cousin. He was convinced that black people being put in jail was a conspiracy to create slave labor and that most black people are put in jail because of racism.

I brought up the fact that 90% of the crimes against black people is done by other black people, which takes away the racism part. Does those criminals deserve jail.
