This happened in a nice neighborhood on a well known trail that goes through several suburb cities. This trail is right outside my house and the amount to homeless people we have seen under the bridges next to a 600k home is alarming. Our city police is pretty active about removing them but the next city south of us refuses to do anything, so our parks, our bike trails are all covered with shit, trash and needles. My kids usually travel about a half mile to school on this trail
