Brennan is the director of everything, he's the lynch pin that connects all of it together. He used shadownet to get Obama elected. He's behind everything from then to now. He's behind all the bribed rino's in congress, he's behind all the hoaxes, kavanaugh, impeachment, riots, etc.....he orchestrated and drove it all, using shadownet and all the companies and assets that are involved. Brennan is literally the head of the snake. Of course, taking out the head doesn't shut it all down because there are soo many players, but it would substantially change the focus and ideology of the deep state without him to direct things. I could buy that, but the fact that he would be brazen enough to come out on Twitter likes this makes me doubt that he's the head of a shadow government. Wouldn't he stay in the shadows and have some other influential talking head make the tweet?
Hiding in plain sight is easily plausible. Especially when you control such a huge aparatus. Watch when he appeared before the Senate and they asked him about when the CIA accessed the congressional servers. He treated them like he was their boss, like they're subordinates questioning him...even the Democrats. It's clear by his behavior that he believes he's above even congress.
In fact, he might actually think he's the one really running this country, like a proxy president. When you're the person who puts the president in office (Obama) or tries to keep another from getting into office (Trump) it's easy to see where he thinks he's the true power in government. The rest is all keeping up appearances to make things look as they should be.
And that explains why Brennan is soo opposed to Trump. Brennan is not just a political hack, he knows Trump can't be controlled like he wants. Brennan wanted Hillary to win because he knew he could control her with blackmail.
Brennan doesn't necessarily need presidential powers to do everything he wants, but presidential policy can have an effect on his operations, and throw a wrench into it.
