How about ending property tax altogether. Taxing citizens on property they already own is wrong. Raising property taxes in one year by 800.00 is wrong.
You're not really paying for the property you own, but for the maintenance of the all services in your city, like for instance the road that connect to your house.

Sounds great, but you'll have to replace it with something. Raise taxes elsewhere, or cut services. What's your proposal?

If you don't pay it. They take your property. They don't take your road.
Only a fraction of my taxes goes to those services. Over 4000.00 of it goes to indoctrination centers.
