Masks do work to limit the spread of virus' like the flu - But the only person that should be wearing a mask is the person WITH the flu - Not everyone else.

Not only that, but with a 99.8% survival rate what the fuck are we scared of? That people may get the sniffles for a week? Everyone gets sick, getting sick sucks, but it's part of life and more importantly it's part of a healthy immune system to occasionally fight off a disease.

Apparently everyone has forgotten about the diseases that ravaged the Americas when European's first arrived and the native American's had never been exposed to those diseases. And it wasn't just smallpox - It was European flu, colds, and other common diseases that killed lots of native American's because they did not have an immune system that could fight off the disease.

Also, don't spit when you talk and don't cough, yawn, or sneeze on people.

My thoughts, If you are coughing and sick wear a mask. If you are healthy don't. Masks help stop droplets from coughing. They do little from stopping the actual virus you would release from exhaling and nothing to keep you safe.

The risk/reward ratio doesn't add up. Minimal protection, lotsa risk.

Whatever you do, if you're wearing a mask don't go into a public bathroom--you'll have fecal matter all over your mask from the shit molecules floating around in the air.

That's healthy! LOL

You need to factor in proper handling of those safety devices. Masks ned to be installed correctly to provide the filtering listed and nee to not be fiddled with once installed. That's the biggest factor in the mask game.

Also reusing masks without cleaning them again.

I’ve been informed that my math is wrong, and it requires an exponential math, not linear, if any pedes here can do some high level math, would be appreciated. The percentages would be even lower.
