My HR is asking me why I didn't attend the mandatory diversity/microaggression/unconcioius bias seminar last week and I have no idea what to say to not get in trouble.

I didn't go because I dont buy into all of that but I dont think that excuse will fly with them

I was lectured by the CEO of my former employer for "White Privilege", i walked out the following day. Don't tolerate this shit and put it bluntly. Stop accepting radical ideologies. Be blatant about it. It is mind washing.

Ask them if they hired you because you are white. Put it back on them. When they say “no”, then ask them why you’re being lectured on something that wasn’t bestowed upon you.
