He should roll it into a writ of mandamus petition for their response, and give it a 5 day deadline. If they don't respond in 5 business days, then he rolls their non-response into a ....

...class action lawsuit against the DOJ for fiduciary negligence, claiming that if WE THE PEOPLE had this information (because open source) then the DOJ has NOT done its job in making a case for a very obvious crime of conspiracy. You cannot sue the us gov for doing their job becasue of sovereign immunity. HOwever, the converse is not true--you CAN sue the government for NOT doing its job.

Of course, class action means we're all welcome to take part, as he would name the american public as the class and you'd have to opt out

We would have standing in the case, becasue ultimately it would affect the outcome of an election, and it has deprived us of a president for 4 yrs already
