These Iowa preprinted absentee ballots are being mailed to real voters. In Broward (and sadly lots of other places), they waited until after the election and then election workers sat in back rooms and filled out in-person ballots that had no voter information at all. As if hundreds (thousands) of people had voted in person when they didn't. Impossible to trace.

IA and OH were the two strongest Trump flips in the Midwest - meaning the Clinton campaign knew before the election that they had no chance and pulled out resources. In fact they were the two strongest Trump flips overall, I think.
It was because the IA and OH margins were so strong for Trump that I knew he'd probably pull in another midwestern state or two - and so he did, WI and MI.

This ploy is very easy to understand - without the prefilled in identifier info, all those mis mailed ballots sent to addresses where the addressee no longer lives, dead people, multiple ballots for one person using multiple names, those ballots can't be filled in by whoever intercepts them and sent back as votes that would count. Flooding dem strongholds with ballots anyone who intercepts them can return, and have them count, guarantees loads of b.s. dem votes will be returned.

I agree, but sending out ballots pre-printed with voter info isn't the same thing. The ballots in this case aren't fake. They are preprinted with voter info which they shouldn't be, but that's all.
Using fraudulent ballots would be the opposite of that. If you were cheating, you'd fill those out with voter information that didn't match any absentee ballots you had already sent out. And you'd do it after the election.
This ploy is very easy to understand - without the prefilled in identifier info, all those mis mailed ballots sent to addresses where the addressee no longer lives, dead people, multiple ballots for one person using multiple names, those ballots can't be filled in by whoever intercepts them and sent back as votes that would count. Flooding dem strongholds with ballots anyone who intercepts them can return, and have them count, guarantees loads of b.s. dem votes will be returned.
It gives the appearance of legitimacy when the ballot harvesters steal ballots and fill them out their way before returning them. Plus one vote for their side and minus one vote for the Good Guy.

The counties being sued contain Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Sioux City. Three of the five biggest metropolitan areas in Iowa (read: where the most Democrats are).

Are there even guarantees that these are all the fraudulent ballots? Or are these just the ones that got caught? Should every county or district where such fuckery occurs annul the results until a new vote is cast with close supervision of the federal government?
