I use communist interchangeably with Democrat. Communism isn't American and it doesn't belong here. In that regards, I think calling them foreign invaders is also agreeable.
Semantics suck, but since those across the aisle from us are such snowflakes: they self identify as Marxists. That term works! It bypasses most of the tedious semantics, encompassing all sorts of labels they learned from their Profs.
The only good Marxist is a dead Marxist. Maybe don't tell them that, but Marxism has always resulted in mass starvation and death. That's a reasonable starting point for any convo; you know, nice and cheery.
