I stopped watching TV altogether about 3 weeks ago. I didn't ever watch it much anyway, but sports are out now, so no need to turn it on at all. The news is crap. I will have it on for every minute of the Republican Convention next week
Added: I have a few hundred DVDs of all the good older movies, so no need to watch new SJW BS.
