Keese just eliminated every defense his lawyer could have come up with to attempted murder. Or murder if the victim eventually dies largely to this injury. And seeking to raise money off his crime will sure enhance his sentencing report. Plus he has a long rap sheet. So the Portland DA will probably apologize to Keese and arrest the victim.
