This would make an amazing CoD mod. Not as a meme where the enemies are all NPC's and do nothing but scream and throw molotov cocktails...but where the enemies are actually clothed in BLM or "pajama military" garb and the occasional mask, and fighting you with stolen/acquired firearms. Flashpoints in Portland, Austin, etc. using cityscapes modeled off the real thing...loudspeakers chanting it's not safe to be outside because of the virus as well as BLM propaganda...
