Depends on the ammo type used. Different ammo produces different wounds. Usually the bullet punches a hole in the target and then the soft lead spreads out and does a lot of internal damage. The only blood you will see is what leaks out the entry wound. Bullets that would go straight through and create a larger exit wound with more bleeding are typically used at the range for training since they are cheaper and less lethal. Also if death occurs quickly the heart stops pumping and blood will remain in the body unless allowed to flow out from gravity.
it's a moot point, since google's gonna do what they want, but the video clearly would be fair use: it's transformative and is not trying to compete with a video game. That is, if someone made this as an advertisement for a COD game clone, then yeah it's infringing, but it's using the framework of a game trailer to make political commentary. That's transformative fair use.
