It was a sham. The person who filed it yanked it days before signing could start. Website was shut down, etc etc. Personally I think it was staged. One person had a recall going, so everyone else stopped trying to file. It got pushed back by a month. Then yanked so that there would be no time to go through the process for another petition before the general election in November.

It had to be reformed by others after Chad Baase's pull out game.
This recall will be harder than other petitions because of the sheer number of signatures required in such a short time frame.
It's being run by a different group now and signatures start October 1st
