They haven't rolled it out yet or given us details... just announced that there is going to be training. :/ We'll see. But in a previous statement, the ceo apologized and said that we've been racist in the past and we're going to do more for black people (his words). Even though we have the highest volume of low income program files of any institution in the entire western region (including california)....so...if we're already doing highest volume of services for low income....why the feck would he make an announcement (sent out to all customers and employees) that we've been too racist in the past (facepalm)

The stupidity/white guilt is just amazing. I mean, if you told me five years ago this would be happening, I wouldn't have belived you.
