we just got an email from CEO stating that we will now be having diversity training for "unconscious bias, implicit associations and microaggressions".

I can assure you..my aggressions aren't going to be 'micro'.

Mandatory or optional?

My company is doing a lot of this stuff too, but they're making it optional at least. It seems to satisfy the woke crowd while the normal people can get on with life.
