You're not gonna find one in the liberal college bubble you're trapped in. Go the opposite direction, start getting super political with everyone, make them fire you. And roll out to a conservative campus like a boss. Or get out of the college game altogether, work for a think tank or something where you have actual adults around.
As long as you don't have children. Hard to support a family if you're choosing your "rights" over a stable income. Which is why so many of us aren't rebelling against masks. We have to feed our families.
Scenario: It's ten years in the future. You're married to the girl of your dreams, and, because of your stable job, she has been able to stay home and raise your three beautiful children. But, she just found out she has cancer. Your job is your family's only source of income and medical insurance, which she's going to need for her chemo treatments. Your boss just told you that a formal complaint has been lodged against you for your Facebook posts. Either delete your FB or lose your job. Which do you choose?
In the long, long run you will look back over a more satisfying life with that attitude.
