Tell him you’re considering suing the college and talking to some organizations that sue over Freedom in Higher Education about it. And they should look at the school’s charter (the grant from the government that allows them to exist) and what they promise they will uphold. But that probably nothing will come of it. You’re just giving him a heads up. Ok?
