Arresting even just a dozen of these little miscreants, charging them, and incarcerating them for 10 years for the violent felonies is LITERALLY ALL it would take to put a hard stop to this shit. Once people stop getting released because the spineless DA won't charge them, and word gets out that people are doing hard time, these little wannabe-toughguy woketards will stop.
