I would almost agree with you...However my take is this is a Trojan Horse .. If they can sneak it into the US viewing options . We know thousands if not millions of people will watch it for either genuine sick PEDO gratification or those curious to verify what they already know is that it is a movie sexualizing young girls for shock value. And as soon as Netflix can post it in their TOP 10 Movies this week they will then say well America doesn't view it as being a PEDO/ movie and more sexualized children movies should be made and pushed maybe next time on the children themselves at a Teen or Child Rating since this was rated M -Mature
