I don’t think it is a lesson that needs to be learned by the Democrats. Their policies and goals are divisive and anti-American. They are actively working to instill chaos and destruction in the country, while also planting the seeds of racism and classism so when they swoop into power after the election, Americans will be too splintered and at each other’s throat perpetually to realize we have a ruling class now. There isn’t a lesson to be learned because the Democrats don’t have American interests as their goal. This is a power politics and their goal is subjugation.
