Everything the school does, and all of the emails and records they have (outside of records covered by FERPA are open to an OPRA (open public records act) request.

A choice you make and that is fine. The fact is, most people send their kids to public school. Those parents ought to know what their children are being taught. Moreover, they should wield the power they have in shaping the curriculum. Those schools answer to the school board, and members of the public school board are ELECTED. So those with kids in public school should vote, and they shouldn't be afraid to make an appearance at school board meetings. Don't just lie down and let them fill kids with propaganda.

Higj school english departments, at least from what I've seen in California, are cancer. They get it from their college indoctrination, so I doubt it is only California.
