This, to the Nth degree. The rioters are nobodies, and since it's no longer 1905/1917/1934 (etc.), rioting in the street by a few hundred, or even thousand easily-led young morons is meaningless. It's the people who embedded in government as a function of the Long March that need the rope. Without them, the rioters cease to exist.
