They keep saying this. But it is not true. Australia has medicare, but its not the single payer system they want. Here we have medicare + private insurance, and most people still use private insurance. What we dont have are the middlemen that jack up the prices. The ones that Trump got rid of and everyone still called him racist.

Nordic countries also have universal healthcare, but they have a big captalistic part of the society that co-exists with the welfare state. Its only a matter of time before it topples over.

So when they say "Other countries have all these free stuff" really gotta dig into that lie.
