Biden doesn't stutter. Stuttering is when you know the words you are trying to say but physically have trouble saying them. What appears to happen with Biden is he forgets what he's saying or can't think of what to say. It's quite a difference when you compare it to someone who actually has a stutter.
In the case of that latest "Lady lady lady lady" event, it seemed to me like there was a disconnect between what he was saying and what his brain thought he was saying. As if he was saying the word correctly but his brain thought he was saying it wrong and got into a loop of attempting to correct himself.
It's entirely possible he has structural damage in his brain from his prior hemorrhages rather than dementia. Both should disqualify him from running for office.
Another theory I heard for the "Lady lady lady lady" quote was that Biden DIDN'T KNOW/REMEMBER that they were FILMING A LIVE BROADCAST, so he was playing with the pronunciation because he thought it was just a rehearsal or a video they could edit down before releasing.
Commented here already, but I have a severe stutter. Calling his dementia a stutter is an insult to the millions of us who struggle with society thinking we’re mentally deficient. Most stutterers are very intelligent. I know exactly what I want to say and how I want to say it, the words just won’t come out. Joe Biden has no fucking idea what’s going on. Big difference!
