So, the "world's premier law enforcement agency" can't identify the SOBs because they're wearing masks. Gee, welcome to the new normal, guys! You'll never identify anyone ever again, apparently. Try offering a reward -- these people would sell out their mothers for $5 and a doobie (after all, they're selling out their nation for $15/hr). They'll flood you with tips from each other.
