The Fact that western family courts are entirely set up to assume the mother has to be primary care giver and that responsibility always falls on the father to provide support to the primary care giver. It might have had some brief rationale like 80 years ago when women couldn't be in the combat arms, be doctors or successful lawyers or politicians or CEOs...
