Trump definitely broke them, but don't discount what Hillary losing did to them - she drained the DNC bank account, squandered tons of political favors, and the Hillary and Obama crew have fucked Bernie over twice now. As much as I am completely opposed to everything Sanders says and stands for, he was the only candidate that was truly making sparks with the voters, again - and the DNC fucked him right up the ass, again.

There was a near civil war in the DNC after Hillary was cuntpunched in the last election. The grass roots and state and local politicians who got no support or money from them because it all went to Hillary were pissed, and tried to get power back, but Obama's team won, and they installed Perez, who is Obama's stooge. I suspect they're doing it again for Biden, because I've seen NO local or state DNC advertising in my area, and typically it would be blanketed.
This isn't about the "best" candidate, never was. This was to get one of Obama's people in, to cover up what Trump's people uncovered, to try and restore the bulk of Obama's legacy that Trump tore down brick by brick, and to recover and restart all of the deals he and Hillary made, thinking they had the White House locked. And the people who's money they took want what they paid for.
And, this is to keep Joe and Hunter out of jail.
If it was about best, Bernie would be the candidate right. I know, you hate him, so do I, but being realistic, he was firing people up.
If you trust Donna Brazile, the DNC was bankrupt from Obama's time, and Hillary actually managed to infuse money into it. I mostly buy that story, because Hillary knows how to launder money well from her years heading the Clinton Crime Syndicate, and it isn't surprising that the DNC went broke under Obama.
I dimly remember hearing about that, too. But i don't trust Donna Brazile. Why would I? But, she did take over from Wasserman Schultz, and everyone knows how corrupt she is - and incompetent.
