For the most part, yes. Cincinnati has a fair number of conservatives in it still, and one you left off the list is Dayton, which has quite a bit of crazy. I can't remember what Toledo is like, other than being one of the human trafficking hotspots of the nation (mostly due to a few major highways going right through it).
I know a large number of people from Ohio considering I've only been in the state once or twice for a short period of time. They are a based bunch - boat parades lately, a lot of good things I've noticed. Gonna borrow this and show them -- for some Ohio pride.

I like to think of myself as based :-)
And that common sense is more abundant in Ohio than in many other states.
